My name is Susanne van Leeuwen (Ruthsatz).

Together with my husband Dennis we are the can openers at cattery Heavenly. Heavenly originated in 1990 in memory of my first Siamese. Inspired by her unconditional friendship and gentle character, my opinion was that everybody should own a Siamese to have a happy life. Neither of us could imagine a life without an Oriental cat. In 2021 we decided to stop breeding for various reasons.

People with cat related questions can always count on us for honest and candid advice. I am also a judge since 1999. So far I am allowed to judge these breeds: Siamese - Oriental shorthair - Balinese - Oriental longhair - Maine coon - Norwegian forest cat - Siberian cats - Neva Masquerade - Thai - Peterbald - Shpynx and Rex
